I believe holding space for clients with honour and respect is a key element in the therapy that counselling can bring.
When our Self is damaged or under attack, we all need someone to hold space for us till we can reclaim our self-confidence for our Self.
I journey with clients and step into being someone who believes in them, and sees their strength and capabilities.
