Monday.
Just saying it can bring heaviness to our heart.
It marks the start of rhythm and routine. The start of pressure and demands. The start of longing for Friday.
But does it have to? Why not try something a bit different this week? Why not try to cruise through the week rather than be sucked dry by it?
This little vid (just 2 min) suggests a different way of being. A way to zone out, and recharge. A way to cruise.
In fact, this little vid suggests that zoning out is crucial for our mental health.
How about we zone-out this week and, as the vid says, take steps towards our "mental brilliance"?
