As women have bravely opposed you, we have drawn on their strength. You have begun to unite us. We have begun to talk.
If "Me too" is you or someone you know, please seek professional support. The nastiest sting of abuse is the length and scope of the life it can steal from us after the event.
However, as we turn the light on horrors we have hidden deep within us, change begins. Trauma can dissipate: if it is treated with care, sensitivity and expertise.
Claiming freedom and healing for ourselves is the very best way to fully defeat acts of dishonour and abuse.
