I'm loving their easy-to-implement suggestions for ways we can all easily make a difference.
As the site says, super powers aren't required. The things that work best are simple, so we can all help make a difference.
One of my favourite suggestions is to just sit and be with someone – no expectations. Sometimes our presence is all that’s needed.
