Tears.
I'm loving these lines from the book I've just started, The Little Paris Bookshop: Sometimes you're swimming in unswept tears and you'll go under if you store them up inside.
Sadness and grief are seasons in our life to be travelled through, not pushed to one side, or repressed within.
Travelling through what we need to, when we need to is the best way we can safeguard our future.
Cry those tears rather than repressing them within.
(BTW The Little Paris Bookshop looks like it will be a cracking read! It's grabbed me for sure.)
