Friday.

Just saying it gives us a little lift!

It marks the end of rhythm and routine. For a little while.

But once we get into those longed for days off, they can assume their own rhythm and routine. And blerg! it's suddenly Monday again.

Why not try something a bit different this weekend? This little vid (just 2 min) suggests a different way of being. A way to zone out, and recharge.

In fact, this little vid suggests that zoning out is crucial for our mental health.

How about we zone out this weekend and, as the vid says, take steps towards our "mental brilliance"?
