Effective listening really does count. Teacher Tom says it so well: In times of stress, the best thing we can do for each other is to listen with our ears and our hearts and to be assured that our questions are just as important as our answers.
Let's tune our hearts in to what those around us are really saying. As we listen with our hearts, we will naturally listen, really listen to what is being said.
